PROJECT COMPLETION: 2018

This renovation and extension project involved additions going in, up, out, and down! Basalt colored low maintenance Maxline exterior cladding was used to add drama and style to the larger upper story extension. Long lasting Zincalume cladding was used for the ‘bridge’ between upper story sections, with recycled red bricks utilised for the lower extension. Other renovation features include operable glass windows as part of the servery between kitchen and pool area, a timber window canopy, new timber windows at floor level to match existing…. plus the kitchen becoming a bathroom, adding a master bedroom – with ensuite, a new laundry, renovated study, and a lobby with stairway!
