Lumea is a small, boutique and locally owned building design business, with more than 20 years of experience. Our focus across all projects is first and foremost customer service.
We deliver a personalised, relationship-based experience for every client. Pricing is clear for every service we offer. The team drafts plans to your requirements and for swift council approval, so you get a strong outcome for the project.
We deliberately limit the number of projects we run at any one time, so you are always dealing directly with the people doing the work. The business was built on three pillars: integrity, creativity and excellence.

Luke
Director
As the owner and founder of Lumea, Lucas brings over 20 years of Adelaide-based construction experience to every project. He's known for his collaborative approach with clients, deep expertise in complex sites and custom builds, and a strong commitment to best-practice design and construction. Passionate about environmental design and creative problem-solving, he works closely with our team and clients to deliver thoughtful, well-crafted homes and an exceptional building experience from start to finish. Luke and Meagan have five rowdy children.
Meagan
Administration
Meagan plays a key role behind the scenes, supporting the business with day-to-day administration and keeping everything running smoothly. Her organisation and attention to detail help ensure our clients enjoy a seamless experience from first enquiry through to handover. Outside of business hours she enjoys a glass of good red wine.
Isaac
Design Manager / Senior Architect
Isaac is a registered architect with over 16 years of commercial and residential experience, known for turning complex challenges into elegant, thoughtful design solutions. With deep building-science knowledge and a sharp eye for detail, he brings clarity and creativity to every project. Outside of work, he's a passionate photographer.
Nilusha
Designer / Graduate of Architecture
Nilusha holds a Masters degree in Architecture and brings over 10 years of architectural experience. She has been an invaluable part of the Lumea team since 2020. She's highly skilled in navigating the complexities of Adelaide's residential design and construction landscape, applying strong design judgement and technical understanding to every project.
Nadia
Accounts
Nadia manages our accounts and assists with project administration. Her organisation and reliability help keep both our finances and project workflows running smoothly.
